Who You Are
Tetrascience is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead and manage our European sales organization for new customer acquisition and expansion. As we continue the growth of our platform, we require a results-driven sales leader to help us expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking individual with a passion for technology, and a proven track record of generating sales and building strong relationships with customers. You will have a demonstrated history of building and leading high performing sales teams and strategically leading those teams via a modern sales methodology. You will have demonstrable experience in managing day to day activities of your teams, building accurate and reliable forecasts with proof of consistently exceeding annual and quarterly revenue targets. This is a highly visible role that requires discipline and determination as we forge a new category that will fundamentally change the life science industry.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base across the biopharma value chain
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, positioning TetraScience as a thought leader in the market
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- Leverage and coordinate cross-functional teams, when necessary (Legal, Engineering, Marketing, Product), to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles.
- Aligning to the sales strategy, the Sales Leader defines and implements plans for the assigned Accounts to achieve sales objectives.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage sales forecasting and reporting, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress towards targets
- Build and manage a high-performance sales team, setting clear targets and objectives to ensure individual and team success
- You will coach your team to develop in their careers, and inspire your team to do the best work of their life.
What you have done
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within Cloud Data software is required
- Experience selling into Biopharma or Life Sciences would be a strong plus.
- Proven successful experience in selling large, complex, enterprise software deals.
- Ability to create high performing teams and lead them to success
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing sales teams
- Experience in sales coaching and mentoring
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Has a strong drive for results
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data.
- Strong engagement and communication skills
- Consultative selling experience
