The Role:
As a Commercial Account Executive DACH, you will be responsible for seeking out new customers and messaging SnapLogic. You will have experience prospecting, running discovery calls/demos, negotiating, and a track record of closing new business. You should also understand the use cases and how to sell across multiple departments and industries.
The right candidate is someone with a track record of success, who is looking to further their career in sales with a company that will be invested in their professional growth! The perfect candidate will have a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to be coached. You are also a self-starter who is proactive in driving revenue, increasing the client base, and successfully demonstrating SnapLogic solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Call and email executives at all levels to facilitate deal closure
- Manage the full sales-cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
- Build relationships with a variety of existing accounts
- Meet monthly sales goals
- Understand the account's needs and effectively communicate how SnapLogic will solve for those needs
- Use Salesforce.com for lead management and sales forecasting
- Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
- Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ year experience in full-cycle sales. Must have prior experience closing deals.
- Four year college degree.
- Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
- The ability to make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients.
- Experience with CRM a plus.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Must be a creative solutions thinker who can drive sales success.
- Must be detail-oriented and flexible.
