We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Finance Group, located in Rehovot, Israel.

Summary:

The GTM Finance business partner will support the Go to Market and the CRO organization to continually ensure that its planning and performance align with financial goals of the company. This position will be the focal point of the CRO in the corporate level to initiate, track, monitor and analyze cross CRO Financial reporting by partnering with the regional financial teams. This role will use business data to assess the current performance, existing processes and decisions in order to identify areas for improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Reporting and analysis of Revenue and booking data, creating presentations for management.
  • P&L management and reporting for customer support and CRO BU, providing insights and working with regions on the needed actions.
  • Budget management of Corporate Customer support organization.
  • Partner with CRO and other GTM leaders to drive initiatives to improve financial performance.
  • Successfully partner with Regions/Bus FP&A , including alignment on financial data and analsys and required reporting.
  • Build methodologies and reporting of KPIs to monitor financial performance of the GTM organization.
  • Monitoring sales performance including discount and SIP analysis.
  • Assist the CRO with AOP process and ongoing forecasting in order to assure the achievement of the financial targets and objectives
  • Ability to analyze data to preemptively raise flags and initiate actions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new reports, metrics and processes to ensure the availability of critical information and driving actions to improve performance.
  • Actively participate on cross-functional teams that may be assembled to resolve a wide variety of problems or to create new processes.
  • Work effectively within a global organization that spans multiple regions and cultures
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement in day-to-day activities.

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance/Accounting, CPA or Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Management Engineering
  • Minimum 6 years of similar experience supporting sales organization.
  • Experience in Industrial companies, familiar with revenue reporting processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to present analysis in a confident and concise manner to executive level team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Detailed and process oriented; understanding of processes’ flow and ability to fix/improve them as needed.
  • Experience in Oracle ERP system preferred, not required
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Ability to work well with others in a global organization
  • Fluent English
