Job Title: Engineering Manager (2 positions)

Description of Duties:

Two Engineering Managers sought by RBUS, Inc., A Red Ventures Company, at its office in Fort Mill, SC to lead product development while partnering with functional groups to Implement engineering processes. Duties include implementing standards, managing team of engineers building sites, developing applications, using advanced animations, and building systems.

Rate of Pay: $180,000.00 to $190,000.00/year

Minimum Job Requirements:

3.5 years of experience in the job offered or directly related occupation such as Web Developer, Development Lead, or Development Director is required and must include: 3 years of experience implementing WCAG 2.1 and AAA standard using screen readers and conducting accessibility testing. 3.5 years of experience managing a team of engineers building WordPress sites using Pantheon, Gutenberg, ACF, and following SEO and Core Web Vitals best practices and guidelines. 3 years of experience developing applications with third-party API integrations and Auth0 using React/NextJS, Redux, and CSS Modules. 3.5 years of experience working with Chart.js, D3, and advanced animations using CSS, JS and SVG manipulation, and using webpack to build systems.
