Red Ventures is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Associate to join our Energy vertical, known to the internal team as RV Electric. Our core goal is to make day to day energy decisions as easy and as transparent as possible for customers. We operate a collection of marketplace websites that sits between consumers and Energy providers, helping them save money on their energy bills, protect their families from outages, and invest in a clean energy future. Including, traditional electricity to renewables, rooftop and community solar, batteries and storage, smart tech, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead our Lifecycle Marketing team focused on growing the lifetime value of our customers and known users, through tactics such as retention and re-engagement of existing customers. to creating additional solutions that generate net new revenue streams for the business.
• Maintain a understanding of consumer journeys and the ability to move consumers through the phases, especially within retention and re-engagement, across 9+ categories.
• Primary KPIs: Customer LTV, % email/SMS revenue of total, Return Visitor %,
• Drive deep consumer engagement across a broad range of consumer journeys by crafting campaigns based on user data and journey mapping
• Monitor and analyze email performance across categories and set strategy to test and improve primary KPIs: CTR, Open Rate, user satisfaction, and LTV.
• Analyze and interpret results from email marketing campaigns, share learnings with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in campaigns.
• Define an authenticated experience strategy to provide additional value for consumers.
• Leverage your knowledge of our consumers and our Energy strategy to define new revenue streams – from additional services that add value to the user to leveraging our existing customer base to build a referrals platform.

Compensation

• Cash Compensation Range: $90,000 - $130,000.
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in a relevant major or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Marketing experience, 1-2 years working directly in CRM, with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and demonstrable track record of applying data-driven personalization strategies
• Digital media experience required with an analytical mindset
• Experience with email platforms and CRMs
• Successful track record of executing, measuring, optimizing and iterating on multi-touch consumer journey campaigns across multiple digital channels to deliver on performance targets
• Intellectual curiosity in an ever-changing digital landscape to stay abreast of industry trends
